I believe that we should own only the things that we need and that we should not be attached to material possessions.

I believe we should maximize our productivity by working in short bursts and taking breaks to recharge. I work better when I am well-rested. I try to prioritize my sleep and exercise.

I believe that we should always question the status quo and never settle for mediocrity. I believe that we should always strive for excellence and that we should always be looking for ways to improve.

I believe that we should eliminate all distractions and focus on the task at hand. One task can be done in a fraction of the time if we focus on it. So, no notifications, no social media for me.
